1 Day Mombasa City Tour

You will be picked from your hotel at around 8.00 am and drive to Mombasa, a distance of 30 kms from Diani arriving at around 8.30am. Visit the Akamba hand craft (where you will learn about the wood carvings). Akamba hand craft is one of the largest wood carvings industry and market in Kenya. There after, visit the Indian temple where you will learn about the Hinduism and Lord Swaminarayan and Lord Rama. You will also have the chance to see the elephant tusks which are found along Moi Avenue built in 1952 in the memory of King George of England during the British colonial period. During this time Queen Elizabeth was in Kenya where she became the Queen of England after the death of King George.

Visit the Fort Jesus which was built by the Portuguese in 1593 by architecture from Goa. It later became the government prison during the British colonial period in 1947. Fort Jesus was named fort because the Portuguese were Christians and they sailed with the flag of Jesus. It was built mainly for protection and to control the harbor of Mombasa. There arose war between the Arabs and the Portuguese from 1593 - 1729 where many of them died due to starvation and yellow fever.

You will also explore the old town where you will walk along the narrow streets and visit the old harbor where you will see the old Arabic boats and one of the oldest mahindry mosque found near the old harbor. Proceed to the market where you will learn about the food spices, foods and vegetables. Meet different traders buying and selling different types of goods. Proceed for lunch at the centre of Mombasa city or by request, at Tamarind restaurant which is built on the shores of the Indian Ocean on the northern coast.

After lunch, visit the Haller park where you may feed the giraffes, see the crocodiles and hippos feeding. This is private sanctuary owned and managed by Dr. Haller. The landscape is attractive covered by casuarinas, bamboos and eucalyptus trees. The animals are harmless and feel as if in paradise because they have enough food and water. It’s a home to buffalos, eland antelopes, giraffes, water bucks, oryx, snakes, crocodiles, hippos, tortoise and different types of birds’ species. Mombasa is an island covering an area of 20km2 and the second largest city in Kenya after Nairobi. It has a bridge to the north side (North coast), the ferry to the south (south coast) which ferries people to and from Mombasa city and to the west Causeway. Mombasa also has the largest and the most busy sea port in east and central Africa. Drive back to the Hotel at around 5.00 pm.

1 Day Shimba Hills Safari

You will be picked from your hotel at around 6.00 am and drive to Shimba Hills, a distance of 35 kms from Diani arriving at the gate at around 6.30 am. Begin a game drive visiting Sheldrick Waterfalls at 11.00 am escorted by a game ranger.

Shimba Hills is a tropical rain forest which covers an area of 202 km2. Physical attractions include casuarinas forests, Marere Dam (a water hole where come to drink water), Sheldrick Waterfalls. The landscape is grassland. Animals seen in this area include elephants, bufalos, giraffes, impalas, heeartbeasts, rare leopards, black and white monkeys, attractive sable antelopes, and roan antelopes among others. Shimba Hills has different species of birds like (tropical guinea fowls, fish eagles, falcons and weaver birds, ground horny bills among others.

Drive back to Shimba Lodge for lunch (One of the tree top hotels at the coast region where you have a chance to see animals at the water hole) After lunch head on for another game drive till 3.00 pm where you will check out from Shimba Hills and drive back to the hotel arriving at around 4.00 pm.

14 Days Kenya -Tanzania Safari

Day 1: Nairobi


Arrive at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. You will be transferred to your hotel to relax for two or three hours which will be followed by a city tour (Visit the national museum, giraffe centre where you will feed the giraffes, Parliament Buildings and city market). You will be back in Nairobi Serena Hotel for dinner and overnight.



Day 2: Samburu

Wake up at 6.00 am for a full breakfast then depart to Samburu National Reserve - a distance of 340 kms, making a stopover at the equator and then proceed to Samburu National Reserve arriving at the gate and begin a short game drive en route to the camp or lodge. Check in at the camp or lodge at around 1.30 pm for lunch and relax till 4.00 pm. An evening game drive till 6.30 pm and back to Samburu Serena Lodge for dinner and overnight. Samburu National Reserve is an arid desert covering an area of 392km2. Physical attractions include the dates palm with Acacia forests, Ewaso Nyiro River which flows to Lorian swamps, and mountains among others. Altitude is 3,747 meters above sea level. Animals found are elephants, lions, buffalos, reticulated giraffes, gravy zebras, Beisa Oryx, Somali ostriches, cheetahs, and leopards among others. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge.

Day 3: Samburu


Wake up at 5.30 am for a cup of coffee or tea followed by a morning game drive then back to the Lodge for a full breakfast at around 8.30 am. Proceed to another game drive till lunch and relax till 4.00 pm. An evening game drive till 6.30 pm then back to the Lodge for dinner and overnight. (Samburu Serena Lodge).

Day 4: Aberdare / The Ark

Wake up at 6.00 am for a full breakfast and depart to Aberdare Country Club driving a distance of 210 kms arriving at 1.00 pm. Check in at Aberdare Country Club for lunch and then you will be transferred to the Aberdare National Park. Aberdare covers an area of 877 km2 and is a tropical rain forest. Physical attractions include Bamboo forests, eucalyptus, jacaranda forests, water falls (Chania Falls), Aberdare ranges, and green highlands among others. Animals seen include elephants, hyenas, rhinos, buffalos, lions, water bucks, bush bucks, bongo antelopes among others. This is also a home for birds. The altitude is 2,132 meters above the sea level and lies near to the equator. Relax at the Ark (One of the tree top hotels and luxurious in Kenya). You have a chance to see animals at the water hole while at the tree top hotel. Dinner and overnight (at The Ark).

Day 5: Masai Mara

Wake up at around 6.00 am for a full breakfast. Depart to the world seventh wonder (Masai Mara) - a distance of 360 kms. Arrive at around 1.00 pm and make a short game drive en route to the camp (Mara Intrepids) checking in at around 1.30 pm for lunch. Masai Mara National Reserve has an area of 1,584 km2 and it’s one of the famous and most visited national reserves in Kenya. Physical attractions include Mara River, Talek River, Loita Hills, Serengeti plains and the annual wild beast migration during July to September. The landscape is woodland and grassland savannah with Acacia forests. Masai Mara is famous for lions, elephants, leopards, cheetah, gazelles, rhinos, hyenas among others. It’s also attractive for bird watchers and news analysts. Game drive at 4.00 pm till 6.30 pm and back to the camp for dinner and overnight (Mara Intrepids).

Day 6: Masai Mara

Wake up at 5.30 am for coffee followed by an early morning game drive and back to the camp for a full breakfast. After breakfast proceed for another game drive visiting Mara River for hippos, crocodiles and the migration point of the wild beasts. (There’s another option of proceeding for a game drive with a packed lunch till 6.30 pm in the evening). Dinner and overnight at camp or lodge.

Day 7: Serengeti

Wake up at around 6.00 am for a full breakfast and depart with a packed lunch to Serengeti National Park - a distance of 400 kms along Isbania border, arriving at the gate and begin a game drive with picnic lunch till evening. Check in at Serena Lodge at around 6.30 pm. Serengeti National Park is one of the largest parks in Tanzania and is bordered to the north with Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. It’s also one of the most visited, famous, and attractive and was voted the seventh wonder of the world because of the annual migration of the million wild beasts from Masai Mara in Kenya to the Serengeti plains. Serengeti covers an area of 14,763 km2. Physical attractions include rivers, swamps, plains, kopjes rocks, grasslands and woodlands savannah. Ngorongoro is one of the world’s heritages as it was voted the eighth wonder of the world. Physical attractions include swamps, grasslands, woodlands, rivers, lakes and hills among others. Animals found include Elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffalos, gnus, hyenas and black rhinos among others. Ngorongoro supports such an amazing variety of animal life as if Noah’s Ark foundered here. Day 10: Lake Manyara

Wake up at 6.00 am for a full breakfast and depart to Lake Manyara - a distance of 90 kms, arriving at the gate and begin a game drive en route to the lodge. Check in at the lodge at around 1.00 pm for lunch and relax till 4.00 pm. Proceed for another game drive along the shores of Lake Manyara till 6.30 pm then back to Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight. Lake Manyara covers an area of 330 km2 of which 200 km2 is covered by the lake itself. Lake Manyara is also an alkaline lake where millions of flamingos live and different types of birds are also found here. Manyara is a Masai word meaning euphorbia forests which lies along the Great Rift Valley. Manyara also provides a perfect introduction to Tanzania bird life (over 400 different types of birds have been recorded including water water birds such as pelicans, flamingos, cormorants, storks, fish eagles and king fishers among others). Wake up at 6.00 am for a full breakfast and depart from Lake Manyara to Tarangire National Reserve – a distance of 110 kms Arrive at the gate and begin a game drive en route to Tarangire Sopa arriving at 1.00 for lunch and relax till 4.00 pm. Proceed to an evening game drive till 6.30 pm then back the camp or lodge. Tarangire covers an area of 2,850 km2. Physical attractions include rivers, swamps, grassland savannah and Acacia forests among others. Animals found include elephants, lions, giraffes, ostriches, fringed-eyed oryx, long-necked gerenuk, zebras, impala, buffalos, wild beasts, hart beasts and gazelles among others. Day 12: Amboseli

Wake up at 6.00 am for a full breakfast and depart from Tarangire to Amboseli through Namanga border in Kenya - a distance of 380 kms. Arrive at Ol Tukai Lodge late afternoon for lunch at around 1.30 pm. Relax till 4.00 pm then proceed to another game drive till 6.30 pm. Amboseli covers an area of 390 km2 - physical attractions are grassland savannah, swamps and a view of Mt Kilimanjaro (The highest mountain in Africa, 5,895metres). It’s also a home to elephants, giraffes, cheetah, zebras, gnus, hyenas, buffalos among others. Amboseli is also a paradise to birds. Dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge.

Day 13: Tsavo West

Wake up at 6.00 am for a full breakfast and depart from Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park driving through a distance of 80 kms. . You will have a stopover at Shetani Larva for photos and proceed to Chyulu Gate and begin a game drive en route to Mzima Springs. The spring produces over one million litres of water per day. Tsavo West covers an area of 9,065 km2. Physical attractions include the Chyulu Hills, Ngulia Hills, Chaimu Larva, Shetani Larva and Mzima Springs. The landscape for Tsavo West is grassland savannah with Acacia forests. Animals in Tsavo West include elephants, buffalos, leopards, lions, rhinos, giraffes, zebras among others. Day 14: Tsavo West - Mombasa

Wake up at around 6.00 am for a full breakfast followed by a game en route to Tsavo river gate and proceed to Voi for lunch. Drive back to your hotel.

Pick from Mombasa Airport and then drive along Mombasa-Nairobi highway. After 100 kms, you will have a short break for coffee. Proceed to Bachuma Gate where you begin your game drive. Visit Aruba Dam, a water hole where animals come for water. Proceed with the game drive to Tarhi camp where you will check in at around 1.00 pm. Have lunch and relax till 4.00 pm after which you will start another game drive till 6.30 pm then back to the camp for dinner and overnight (Tarhi camp).

Day 2: Tsavo West

Wake up at around 5.30 am, have a cup of coffee and start an early morning game drive before breakfast. This time you have a chance of seeing the big cats of Tsavo. Back to the camp for breakfast at around 8.30 am followed by game en route to Tsavo West (The second largest park in Kenya after Tsavo East, which covers an area of 9,065 km2 and 13,747 km2 for Tsavo East). Begin a game drive en route to Ngulia Safari Camp checking in at around 1.00 pm for lunch and relax till 4.00 pm. Another evening game drive where you visit the rhino sanctuary and have a chance to see the black rhinos. Tsavo West is a paradise for animals including elephants, giraffes, leopards, cheetah, zebras, and buffalos among others. The landscape of Tsavo West is grassland savannah with acacia bushes with Mzima Springs and Shetani Larva being the special attractions. Wake up at 6.00 am for a full breakfast and depart to Aberdare Country Club - a distance of 210 kms arriving at 1.00 pm. Check in at Aberdare Country Club for lunch and then you will be transferred to the Aberdare National Park. Aberdare covers an area of 877 km2 and is a tropical rain forest. Physical attractions include Bamboo forests, eucalyptus, jacaranda forests, water falls (Chania Falls), Aberdare ranges, green highlands among others. Animals seen include elephants, hyenas, rhinos, buffalos, lions, water bucks, bush bucks, bongo antelopes among others. This is also a home for birds. The altitude is 2,132 meters above the sea level and lies near to the equator. Relax at the Ark (One of the tree Top Hotels in Kenya). You have a chance to see animals at the water hole while at the tree top hotel. Dinner and overnight (at The Ark).

Day 8: Lake Naivasha

Early in the morning, you will be transferred to Abadare Country Club for breakfast. Depart for Lake Naivasha - a distance of 180 kms arriving at around 12.30 pm. Check in at Lake Naivasha lodge for lunch and relax till 3.30 pm where you will have a boat ride or birds nature walk (Option). Lake Naivasha is a fresh water lake which covers an area of 162 km2 and is one of the great lakes found in the Great Rift Valley). In this region, the landscape is highland. Physical attractions include Fever Acacia, Mt Longonot (which is one of the volcanic mountains). Animals seen include hippos, Birds (Pelicans, Eurasian Roller, king fisher, fish eagle etc). Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha lodge).

Day 9: Masai Mara

Wake up at 6.00 am for a full breakfast and then depart to Masai Mara - a distance of 216 kms. Arrive at Sekenani Gate and begin a game drive en route to Mara Sarova camp or Keekorok Lodge arriving at 1.00 pm time for lunch. Relax till 4.00 pm followed by an evening game drive till 6.30 pm then back to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight. (Mara Sarova or Keekorok Lodge). Masai Mara National Reserve has an area of 1,584 km2 and it’s one of the famous and most visited national reserves in Kenya. Physical attractions include Mara River, Talek River, Loita hills, Serengeti plains and the annual wild beast migration during July to September. The landscape is woodland and grassland savannah with acacia forests. Masai Mara is famous for lions, elephants, leopards, cheetah, gazelles, rhinos, hyenas among others. It’s also attractive for bird watchers and news analysts.

Wake up at 5.30 am for a cup of coffee followed by an early morning game drive and back to the camp for a full breakfast. After breakfast proceed for another game drive visiting Mara River for hippos, crocodiles and the migration point of the wild beasts. (There’s another option of proceeding for a game drive with a packed lunch till evening). Dinner and overnight at Mara Sarova or Keekorok lodge.

Day 11: Masai Mara - Diani

Wake up at around 5.30 am for a cup of coffee followed by an early morning game drive and back to the camp for a full breakfast. After breakfast, proceed for another game drive and back for an early lunch at around 11.30 am. You will be transferred to the airstrip and depart at 1.30 pm to Diani arriving at around 4.00 pm.

10 Days All Round Kenya Safari

Day 1: Nairobi - Aberdare

You will be picked from the Hotel and then you will be transferred to the airport. Fly to Nairobi for about 45 minutes and you will meet our drive/guide. Proceed to Aberdare driving through a distance of 180 kms. Arrive at Outspan Hotel for check in and lunch and then you will be transferred to the Aberdare National pack. Day 2: Samburu

Wake up at 6.00 am and proceed to Outspan where you will have a full breakfast. Depart to Samburu National reserve - a distance of 210 kms arriving at around 1.00 pm and begin a game drive en route to Samburu Sarova Lodge. Check in at around 1.30 pm for lunch and relax till 4.00 pm. You will then proceed for another game drive till 6.30 pm. Samburu National Reserve is an arid desert covering an area of 392km2. Physical attractions include the dates palm with acacia forests, Ewaso Nyiro River which flows to Lorian swamps, and mountains among others. Altitude is 3,747 meters above the sea level. Animals found are elephants, lions, buffalos, reticulated giraffes, gravy zebras, Beisa Oryx, Somali ostriches, cheetahs, and leopards among others. Dinner and overnight at the Samburu Sarova lodge.

Day 3: Samburu

Wake up at 5.30 am for a cup of coffee or tea followed by a morning game drive then back to the lodge for a full breakfast at around 8.30 am. Proceed on another game drive till lunch and relax till 4.00 pm. An evening game drive till 6.30 pm then back to the lodge for dinner and overnight. (Samburu Sarova lodge).

Day 4: Sweetwaters

Wake up at 6.00 am for a full breakfast and depart to Sweetwaters driving through a distance of 170 kms and arrive at Sweetwaters tented camp where you will check in at around 1.00 pm for lunch. Relax till 4.00 pm before visiting the Al Moran. After visiting the Al Moran, proceed for another game drive till 6.30 pm. Drive to the camp for dinner and overnight. Sweetwaters is a private sanctuary which is famously known as Al-pajeta ranch owned by communities. It covers an area of 90,000 Ha and from here you can easily view Mt Kenya (The highest Mountain in Kenya). Sweetwaters is well known for animal orphanages like Al Moran (this is the black rhino which was shifted from Amboseli in 1974 because the parents were killed by poachers), chimpanzee (most of them were brought in from Cameroon, Rwanda and Congo forests because they were killed for meat). Physical attractions include Uwaso Nyiro River, plain grassland savannah with Acacia bushes. Animals found in this area include black and white rhinos, reticulated and Masai giraffes, chimpanzees, buffalos, warthogs, lions, cheetahs, impalas, hippos, hyenas and different types of bird species. Sweetwaters is attractive for holiday makers, researchers and students from all over the world. It lies directly on the equator line. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters tented camp.

Day 5: Sweetwaters

Wake up at 5.30 am for a cup of coffee or tea and proceed for a game drive till 8.30 am. Drive back to the camp for a full breakfast and afterwards proceed for another game drive till lunch time. Relax till 4.00 pm before visiting the chimpanzees at their territory where they find pleasure and nice atmosphere because there is no enemy in their surroundings. Continue with the game drive till late evening then back to Sweetwaters tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru

Wake up at 6.00 am for a full breakfast and depart to Lake Nakuru National Park - a distance of 200 kms with a stopover at the equator line - Thomson Falls and Subukia Great Rift Valley view point. Arrive at the gate and begin a short game drive en route to Flamingo Hill camp for check in and lunch. Lake Nakuru is alkaline and home to millions of flamingos and pelicans. Lake Nakuru covers an area of 202 km2 of which 40 km2 is covered by the soda ash lake. Physical attractions include the euphorbia trees, fever acacia forests and the landscape is a grassland savannah. Most animals seen are white rhinos, lions, Rothschild giraffes, leopards, buffalos, gazelles among others. At 4.00 pm, start an evening game drive till 6.30 pm then back the lodge for dinner and overnight. (Flamingo Hill camp).

Arrive at around 1.00 pm and make a short game drive en route Mara Leisure camp for checking in at around 1.30 pm for lunch. Amboseli covers an area of 390 km2 - physical attractions are grassland savannah, swamps and a view of Mt Kilimanjaro (The highest mountain in Africa, 5,895metres). It’s also a home to elephants, giraffes, cheetah, zebras, gnus, hyenas, buffalos among others. Amboseli is also a paradise to birds. Dinner and overnight at Ol Tukai Safari Lodge.

Day 10 Amboseli - Diani

Wake up at 5.30 am for a cup of coffee or tea followed by a game drive till 8.30 am. Proceed for another game drive till early afternoon at around 11.30am and drive back to the camp or lodge for lunch. After lunch you will be transferred to the airstrip where you will fly to Diani where you will meet our representative who will drive you to the hotel.

9 Days Safari

Day 1: Tsavo East

Pick from Mombasa Airport and then drive along Mombasa-Nairobi highway. After 100 kms, you will have a short break for coffee. Proceed to Tsavo East (The largest park in Kenya which covers an area of 13,747 km2). Physical attractions include Tsavo River, Yatta Plateau which is 300 km2, Mdanda Rock, Lugard Falls, Voi seasonal River and Aruba Dam, a water hole where animals come for water. You have also a chance to see animals like red elephants, rhinos, leopards, cheetah, and giraffes among others. Arrive at Bachuma Gate where you begin your game drive. Visit Aruba Dam. Proceed with the game drive to Voi Safari Lodge where you will check in at around 1.00 pm. Have lunch and relax till 4.00 pm after which you will start another game drive till 6.30 pm then back to the camp for dinner and overnight (Voi Safari Lodge).

Day 2: Nairobi

Wake up at 6.00 am for a full breakfast and drive along Mombasa Nairobi highway with a packed lunch driving a distance of 350 kms. Arrive in Nairobi late afternoon and visit the giraffe center where you will have a chance to feed the Rothschild giraffes. Have the picnic lunch then back to the city center where you will visit the parliament buildings and the city market then finally to the national museum. Drive and check in at Serena hotel for dinner and overnight.

You will have a stopover at Shetani Larva for photos and proceed to Chyulu gate and begin a game drive en route to Mzima springs. The spring produces over one million litres of water per day. Tsavo West covers an area of 9,065 km2. Physical attractions include the Chyulu Hills, Ngulia Hills, Chaimu Larva, Shetani Larva and Mzima Springs. The landscape for Tsavo West is grassland savannah with acacia forests. Animals in Tsavo West include elephants, buffalos, leopards, lions, rhinos, giraffes, zebras among others. Drive back to Ngulia Safari lodge at around 6.30 pm for dinner and overnight (Ngulia Safari lodge).

Day 9: Tsavo West - Diani

Wake up at around 6.00 am for a full breakfast followed by a game en route to Tsavo river gate and proceed to Voi for lunch. Drive back to your hotel.
